Recently I was at Valdez in Sept 2006 and I have a set of photos which I would like to share with your gallery. My collection is titled "The faces of Prince William Sound & Columbia Glacier." [View the photos here.] I had the most wonderful time at Valdez and hopefully by sharing my photos with your gallery, more people will be able to experience wonderful Valdez. Please do not hesitate to contact me in case of queries. Cheers.

Thank You for posting the pictures. I grew up in Valdez and being able to see these pictures really made me home sick. Seeing these pictures has made me want to come back home even more now then ever. I really miss the beauty and the serenity off Alaska. Valdez will always be my home town no matter how long I'm away from there. Nothing compares to Valdez and the rest of Alaska. I have been to several places since I left and Alaska is where I want to return to the most. Hopefully some day I'll get the chance.

Just wanted to tell you how much I have enjoyed looking back over the pictures here of Valdez. I look at them from work, since I cant get back to Valdez just anytime it helps so much to just be always be a click away. We visited in July 2003, stayed with a local family and had a wonderful time. We took a Stan Stephens glacier cruise together, what a time !! The water, animals, the views, the whales and oh my, the Glaciers !! Everyone was so nice and wonderful !! I will say I cried leaving Valdez, it will always hold a special place in my heart. Come and see Valdez its all that you can imagine and more. Would love to be there now but must work to be there next
year 2005.
